I would love to leave a review for my VW Golf bootliner but sadly I'm still awaiting delivery despite ordering it on the 9th September (26 days ago). To be fair to your customer service representative, several calls to them have been dealt with professionally and with sincere apologies. Investigation with the courier have been launched but to no avail. The saving grace is that tomorrow (6th October will be 10 days since the last recorded scan at Evri which means, I believe, that the package is lost and I can have the order cancelled and a full refund. I'd be happy to discuss this review more if required.
